The exclusive 304 grade cast stainless steel ‘I’ Burners provide perfectly even heat distribution. The warming grid is designed to push heat forward to avoid cold spots at the front of the BBQ. All in all, this means that no matter where you place your food, it will cook at the rate that is expected. These burners are ignited with Flame-Thrower Igniters on each burner.

Stainless steel cooking grids are included with the Ruby. These grills though, go further than you could imagine. The rods are set at variable widths. This means that you can cook hot dogs at the centre of the BBQ and larger foods on the outside without the fear of losing anything through the grills. To finish this off the Thermal Cooking Grid is designed to transfer heat evenly across the surface meaning that it will heat up to 370 degrees C with the hood up or 430 degrees C with the hood down in less than three minutes. All of this from a single burner!

The warming rack tilts way to the rear. This will send grease to the back of the of BBQ for it to run safely away meaning less flare ups.

If you are thinking of rotisserie cooking, the Ruby has options. There are two rotisserie rod holders fitted to the BBQ. High and low, depending on where you want to situate the rotisserie rod.
